Duties include receipt of warrants and transmission to Solicitor, receipt of bail, compilation of trial lists, and jury management. Transmits caseload information to SC Judicial Department (SCRRP Rule 78(a)). Process Public Defender applications, transmit to Solicitor’s and Public Defender’s offices.
17-22-950 Order Destruction of Arrest Records, must remove all references to the expunged action from court records. Transmittal of Driver’s license to SC Department of Motor Vehicles (56-1-146) and notify Department of Motor Vehicles within 30 days of conviction of guilt to a crime of violence defined in Section 16-23-10(3).
17-15-190 Taking bail in lieu of bond. Cash deposit with the Clerk of Courts office.
14-1-206(A), 14-1-270(A) & 14-1-208(A) Month end reports and remits to the Court Treasurer.
Monthly reconciliation for Cash Bond Accounts and Clerk of Courts Regular Account.
