Mission

To provide County Council with Fiscal Year Budgets, Financial Statements and Audits under the GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and GASB (Governmental Accounting Standards Board) rules and regulations. Assure that all Payroll and Payables policies and procedures are properly implemented and maintained.
